Pulse Systems Announces Acquisition and Merger

Robert M. Leich, President of Pulse Computer Systems Inc., based in Evansville, Indiana, is pleased to announce the acquisition and subsequent merger of another Evansville based company of long standing, Documents2Digital, LLC, known as "D2D".

Pulse was founded by Robert Leich in 1978, and since that time has been involved in nearly every facet of the information management and computer services industry as it has evoived over the years. Both Pulse and D2D have been providing professional document management solutions to tri-state businesses, and these services will, of course, continue. D2D will become a Division of the Pulse Systems Group, and D2D President, Steve Dicks, will join Pulse as a Vice President, and will oversee that Division.

This merger will allow combined companies to offer additional services, increase
the level of customer support, expand their geographical reach, and add
resources to meet the future needs of their customers who are business firms
located in the Tri-State area.
